graduation application and submit it to the Registrar's Office.

Complete the Degree Audit using the checklist
you have selected from the above catalog choices. After all signatures
have been collected, forward to the Registrar's Office for evaluation.
Please select the
catalog year you wish to follow to complete degree requirements below.
Please keep in mind that if you are declaring a
minor, minors are not specified until the 2003-2004 catalog.
Remember -- if you have declared a minor, your
major and you minor must be from the same catalog.
If you select a catalog that is not listed here,
please contact the Registrar's Office for the appropriate checklist.
